Mr. Young came to our home within a few days of our call. He gave an estimate, which we accepted and he did the work described above in a week and a half. When he brought the couches in today, he told us that they did not require as much work as he had thought, so he deducted $200 from his original estimate. (How often has that happened to you?) Mr. Young and his assistant were extremely cordial and professional.
